OBJECTIVE: Mold first quality boats

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate machinery through manipulation of switches, buttons, or keypads
• Assist in the set-up of molds and make minor adjustments as necessary
• Fasten and releases holding clamps
• Keep detailed production records of daily machine production
• Remove molded items from mold cavity
• Trim molded items with hand tools (utility knives, hobby knives, deburring tools)
• Record thickness information of molded items on a daily basis
• Document variation of process in the daily production log
• Inspect molded items for defects and records information on designated
  forms
• Carry molded items (up to 60lbs.) to staging rack and locate in open bin
  location
• Identify problems with tooling and machinery
• Assist in the correction of minor equipment malfunctions
• Must follow specific guidelines for testing.
• Must meet production requirements
• Must meet quality standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Ability to resolve problems in a quick and efficient manner.
• Ability to work well under time related production pressures.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Able to carry up to 60lbs.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
